Note: The instructions below are for all RCSJ employees and RCSJ Gloucester campus students who want to set up their RCSJ Zoom account and do NOT have a pre-existing Zoom account that uses their RCSJ email address.

Step 1: First, make sure you are logged out of any existing Zoom account. Go to http://zoom.us and click the My Profile link at the top right, then choose the small profile icon and click Logout. Then launch the Zoom app on your computer (if you've downloaded it) and make sure you are signed out there as well. If you do not have an existing Zoom account, skip this step.
Step 2: Go to the RCSJ Zoom login page at: http://rcsj-edu.zoom.us
Step 3: Click on the bottom button that says "Sign In"
Step 4: One of two things will happen:
- If you are prompted for your RCSJ username and password, please enter it and click submit, then continue to Step 5.
- If you are not prompted for your RCSJ username and password, go to Step 5.
Step 5: Again, one of two things will happen:
- If you are asked to verify your email address, click the button to do so and continue to Step 6.
- If you are not asked to verify your email, go to Step 7.
Step 6: Open your email and find the message that was sent to you. In the email you will see a button (or a link) to click to verify your email address. (screenshot below)
Step 7: You should now be on your Zoom Profile page which has completed your account setup. (screenshot below)
