Solution: Please follow the steps below for the respective browser you are using in order to clear its cache.
Chrome:
Step 1: Click on the three vertical dots in the top right, then click "Settings"
Step 2: In the "Privacy and Security" section scroll down and click "Clear browsing data"
Step 3: Click "Advanced", change the time range to "All Time". Check the box "Cookies and other site data", uncheck all other options. Finally click "Clear Data"
Reopen the browser, login to Portal and Check your email. Is this works successfully, you will be asked to select the Time Zone that you live in.
Firefox
Step 1: Click on the "Menu" in the top right corner of the browser, then click on "Options"
Step 2: Click on "Privacy & Security" then scroll down to the section called "Cookies and Site Data". Click on "Clear Data..."
Step 3: Click "Clear" and then "Clear Now". Reopen the browser, login to Portal and Check your email. Is this works successfully, you will be asked to select the Time Zone that you live in.
Safari
Step 1:Open safari and navigate to “Preferences” of safari in the top left hand corner.
Step 2: Click "Privacy" tab and then click remove all website data.
Step 3: Reopen the browser, login to Portal and Check your email. Is this works successfully, you will be asked to select the Time Zone that you live in.
Safari for iPhone
Step 1: Go to "Settings" and scroll down to the "Safari" section
Step 2: Scroll down and tap "Advanced" and then tap "Website Data"
Step 3: Tap "Remove all Website Data"
Reopen the browser, login to Portal and Check your email. Is this works successfully, you will be asked to select the Time Zone that you live in.
Internet Explorer
Step 1: Click gear in top right corner of the browser, then Left click internet options.
Step 2: Left click "Delete..." button in the bottom portion of the menu under Browsing History.
Step 3: Uncheck Preserve Favorites website data, Check the Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and website data check box then left click delete.
Reopen the browser, login to Portal and Check your email. Is this works successfully, you will be asked to select the Time Zone that you live in.
Edge
Step 1: Left Click on "..." (dots) in the top right corner of the browser, then left click on "Settings"
Step 2: Under the "Clear browsing data" section, left click on "Choose what to clear". Uncheck everything except for "Cookies and saved website data" and "Cached data and files". Finally, left click on "Clear". Reopen the browser, login to Portal and Check your email. Is this works successfully, you will be asked to select the Time Zone that you live in.
