Reconnecting your RCSJ account to the Apple iOS Mail App

Apple IOS Device - Mail

Please use the following instructions to re-add your RCSJ account to your Apple IOS Device. 

 

REMOVING YOUR EMAIL FROM YOUR DEVICE

 

1) Go to settings and select 'Mail'

2) Select 'Accounts'

3) Select your RCSJ account

4) Select delete account

 

RECONNECTING YOUR EMAIL TO YOU DEVICE

 

1) Go to settings and select 'Mail'

2) Select 'Accounts'

3) Select 'add account'

4) Select 'Microsoft Exchange'

5) Enter your RCSJ email address and hit next

If you are a student, the address is: <your username>@students.rcsj.edu

If you are a faculty or staff member, the address is: <your username>@rcsj.edu

6) Select the Sign in option and NOT the Configure Manually option in the pop up dialog box

7) Enter your RCSJ username and password and tap 'Sign in'

8) If you are asked to confirm you are trying to sign in to Apple Internet Accounts, tap 'continue'

9) Verify the account settings you would like to sync and tap 'Save'. You have now finished adding your RCSJ account back to your device
