Issue/Question
- I can't login to Microsoft Bookings. I receive the error "Something went wrong. We couldn't find a mailbox for this recipient. Either they don't have a mailbox or don't have a license assigned."

Cause/Explanation
Microsoft Bookings requires an Exchange Online mailbox.
Please note that only employees are licensed for Bookings by request. To use Bookings, a person must: be an employee, have an Exchange Online mailbox, and have a Bookings license assigned.
