Cumberland Blackboard - Password Reset

Steps to Reset your RCSJ-Cumberland Blackboard Password

1. Go to the Cumberland Blackboard login page: https://bblearn.rcsj.edu
2. Click on the Forgot Password? link, located beneath the Sign In button
   
    
3. The Lost Password page will pop up, providing you with two options (you can scroll down on that page to see the second option).
   • For Option 1 you must supply your First Name, Last Name, and Blackboard username
   • For Option 2 you must supply your First Name, Last Name, and Cumberland email address
      
4. Choose the option you prefer and enter the required information. Then hit Submit at the bottom of the page.
    
5. Once you hit submit, you will see a page that looks like this:
   
    
6. Log into your RCSJ-Cumberland email account and locate the email sent by "Blackboard Administrator"
   
    
7. The email will contain a link to create a new password for your account. Click the link and follow the instructions provided to create a secure password.
    
8. After you create your new password, you will be sent back to the login screen. Enter your username and new password to login.
