Step 1: Click on the three vertical dots in the top right, then click "Settings"

Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Advanced"

Step 3: In the Privacy and Settings section, scroll down and click "Clear Browsing Data"

Step 4: Click "Advanced" and change the time range to "All Time." Next, check the box "Cookies and other site data" and uncheck all other options. Then click the "Clear Data" button.

Step 5: Close all browser windows so Google Chrome is completely shut down. Then relaunch Google Chrome and return to whatever it was you were trying to do previously.
