From the
Banner main menu, enter SZRRCHC. This will bring up the job submission form
with the SZRRCHC entered in the Process field.

Press ALT-page
down OR “Go” to move to the “Printer Control” block. Enter “DATABASE” in the
printer field and press ALT-page down again. You should be in the Parameter
block. Here you can change the term that the process will use when running
the report. Press ALT-page down again to move to the submission block. You
may click the “save parameter set” box if you wish to have Banner remember
the term code you entered in the parameter block. Finally press the save
icon or press “Save” or F10 to submit the job.

If you
entered DATABASE in the printer field, you may now review the output from the
job by select “Related” on the top right corner and “Review Output”. If you
did not enter DATABASE, the report should start printing within a few
minutes.

Double
click on the “file name” field to bring up a list of files saved in the
database. Choose the file that ends in .lis. This will now show you the
results of the file load.

Go to “Tools”
in the upper right corner and select “Show Document (Save and Print)”

Click on “Yes”
in “Do you wish to continue..?
|

Save
document as text
|
8)
|
Run Excel
and open the file. Make sure you change the file type to “All files”
|
9)
|
Follow the
text import wizard. The file is comma delimited
|
10)
|
Once the
file is delimited and displayed in Excel, save it in Excel format.
