Adding RCSJ email to your Android device
This guide will give you step by step instructions on how to add your RCSJ email account to the
Android device of choice using the Outlook app.

Step 1 - Download and Open the Outlook app and type your RCSJ email address in the field given, then
tap "Continue".
If you are a student, the address is: <your username>@students.rcsj.edu
If you are a faculty or staff member, the address is: <your username>@rcsj.edu
NOTE: If you have other accounts added to your Outlook Client when you go to add another account you will have to click the "plus" icon followed by "Add an account"
Step 2 - Enter your RCSJ username and password, then tap "Sign In".
This should be the same information you use for the RCSJ Portal.
Step 3 - Tap "Skip" in the lower left corner.
Step 4 - You will then be given a brief tutorial about the features of
the Outlook app, complete this tutorial or click "Skip" in the lower left
to continue. If you have messages, they will begin to appear in your
mailbox.
Gmail
Step 1 - Select Add another account in your account listing
Step 2 - Use the "Exchange and Office 365 Option"
Step 3 - Enter your RCSJ Email address in the provided field and click "Next"
If you are a student, the address is: <your username>@students.rcsj.edu
If you are a faculty or staff member, the address is: <your username>@rcsj.edu
Step 4 - Enter your account password when prompted.
Step 5 - Accept the App Permissions
Step 6 - Adjust Mail Server Settings
- Server : mail.office365.com
You have successfully added your account to Android's Gmail
