Q: When I click on a test that uses Online Proctoring, it's asking me for a password.
A: If you are being prompted for a password, that means you are attempting to take a test that requires LDB from inside of a course using Blackboard Original Course View. When taking an exam with LDB in an Original Course View course, make sure you first launch LDB and close all applications on your computer, then access your test from within the browser.
