On July 15, 2020, Rowan College South Jersey enacted a new policy stating that Microsoft Teams would be the platform for official college business.
All college personnel can access the Microsoft Teams application even if you are not yet apart of a departmental team. By accessing Microsoft Teams, you will have access to a variety of features that allow for communication and collaboration between personnel and outside parties.
The following functionality and features are available to all college personnel and staff:
Chat– Send messages to one or more college personnel from within the Microsoft Teams application.
Video/Audio Calls– Call college personnel from within the Microsoft Teams application. Calls made from the platform support both audio and video.
Meetings/Conferencing - Host a virtual meeting with both college personnel and external vendors/partners. *Please note that meeting with RCSJ students is not supported at this time*
