Problem: Unable to open RCSJ.edu when connected to campus network while using Chrome.
Solution: Clear Cookies and site data
Step 1: Click on the Options menu in the top right of the Chrome browser, then select "Settings".
Step 2: On the left, click "Privacy and Security" then, select "Clear browsing data".
Step 3: Select the option for "Advanced" then change the time range to "All time". Next, uncheck all of the
options except "Cookies and other site data". This is the only option that needs to be selected.
Step 4: Close all open Chrome browser windows then reopen Chrome and attempt to connect to RCSJ.edu.
