GMAIL
After your email has been moved to office 365 you will no longer be able to send or receive the email. You may see an error message similar to this when this occurs.
Please follow the instructions below to fix the issue. You will need to remove the account from your device and re-add it
REMOVING YOUR EMAIL FROM YOUR DEVICE
1) Select the account button on the top right hand side of the gmail app
2) Select your RCGC account to remove.
3) Click remove account
RECONNECTING YOUR EMAIL TO YOU DEVICE
Step 1 - Select Add another account in your account listing
Step 2 - Use the "Exchange and Office 365 Option"
Step 3 - Enter your RCSJ Email address in the provided field and click "Next"
If you are a student, the address is: <your username>@students.rcsj.edu
If you are a faculty or staff member, the address is: <your username>@rcsj.edu
Step 4 - Enter your account password when prompted.
Step 5 - Accept the App Permissions
Step 6 - Adjust Mail Server Settings
- Server : mail.office365.com
