Apple Mail Application
After your email has been moved to office 365 you should then be able to continue to utilize your email. If you do experience any issues, we recommend removing and re-adding your email to your device.
Please follow the instructions below in order to do so.
REMOVING YOUR EMAIL FROM YOUR DEVICE
1) Go to settings and select 'Passwords & Accounts'
2) Select your RCGC email account from the list
3) Press Delete and confirm
RECONNECTING YOUR EMAIL TO YOU DEVICE
Step 1 - Open "Settings" and scroll down and tap the section
"Passwords & Accounts", then tap "Add Account".
Step 2 - Tap "Microsoft Exchange".
Step 3 - Type in your RCSJ email address:
If you are a student, the address is: <your username>@students.rcsj.edu
If you are a faculty or staff member, the address is: <your username>@rcsj.edu
Also, enter any description to distinguish this email account apart from others.
Then, Tap "Next" in the upper right.
Step 4 - Tap "Sign In".
Step 5 - Enter your RCSJ username and password, then tap "Sign In".
This should be the same information you use for the RCSJ Portal.
Step 6 - Tap "Accept" to allow the device access to your email account.
Step 7 - Select the options you would like to sync to your
phone, then Tap "Save". If you have messages in your
mailbox, they will begin to appear in your Inbox.
