My course is not listed when I log into eLearning. (Gloucester)

There are a few things to consider:

  1. First, not all courses use eLearning. If your course is marked "lecture" or "web-enhanced" there's a chance your instructor is not using eLearning. You should confirm with your instructor whether you will need to access the course on eLearning.
  2. If your course is marked "hybrid," "live online," or "online" please know that courses are not available to students until the first day of the semester unless an instructor chooses to open their course early. That means you probably will not see your course until then.
  3. Be sure to check the start date for your course. Our Flex Start courses have varying start dates an it's possible you don't see your course because it hasn't started yet.
  4. Finally, there is a slight delay after you register for a course before it will appear in eLearning. You will see the course appear in eLearning within 24 hours after registration during the regular work week, though it is usually a much shorter delay than that.
